The collection, use and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the privacy policy is to explain how and why we collect your personal data when using the pingpong.hr website.

Purpose of data collection
We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of conducting a secure authentication of Customers who access the pingpong.hr website, realization of contracts for the purchase of goods or services, delivery of goods to the Customer, communication with the Customer, possible legal procedures related to the implementation of the contract, and we also partially apply automated processing procedures in order to constantly improve our processes in the interest of the Customer, to make the offer for the Customer individual and to adapt the offer of products and services to the greatest extent possible to the habits and needs of the Customer.
As a rule, we collect personal data directly from you when you order certain products or services or fill out a certain form.
If we cannot process personal data based on the stated legal grounds, we will ask for your consent. If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent must be notified to the data controller at the e-mail address: darko.arapovic@gmail.com or at the address Zamost d.o.o., Pećine 3, 10000 Zagreb. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal.
We do not collect information about children. If we become convinced that such information has been transmitted to us without the consent of the parents or guardians of children under 16 years of age, we will remove it without delay.
At any time, you can request a correction or update of your data, withdraw your consent to their processing, or completely delete your profile.
What type of personal data do we collect and process?
During the purchase, the seller can ask the buyer for information such as: first and last name, e-mail, telephone and/or mobile number, address, postal code, city, country, region and the PIN if the Buyer is a legal entity. We also collect personal information that you provide when filling out online forms.
If the Buyer and/or User wants to open their user account on the pingpong.hr website, in addition to the aforementioned information, the Buyer/User will be asked for a password and a username. After a person registers as a customer, he/she has access to his/her profile and the changes of the entered data. By creating a user account, the customer confirms that he/she agrees with the Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Zamost d.o.o.
We may also collect information about clicks and pages that have been shown to you. The Seller recommends the Buyers to take care of their login password for the user account on the pingpong.hr website. When choosing a combination of characters for the password, we recommend a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, and to use a password of at least six characters.
Your rights

Right of access
You have the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if this is so, access to the personal data. Access information includes – among other things – the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed. Under certain conditions, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, for reasons related to your specific situation or when personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, and you can ask us to no longer process your personal data.
Right to data portability
Under certain conditions, you have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly usable and machine-readable form and you have the right to transmit those data to another data controller, without our hindrance.

Storage of personal data
We store the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual.
Collected personal data for the aforementioned purposes will be stored for the duration necessary for the aforementioned purposes. Your personal data will not be stored in a form that allows you to be identified longer than ZAMOST d.o.o. reasonably considers that it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or processed. ZAMOST d.o.o. will keep certain personal data for the period prescribed by law or another regulation that obliges the controller to keep data.
If you have given us your consent, we will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. If you declare a well-founded objection to the processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest, we will not process your personal data in the future.
If judicial, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings have been initiated, personal data may be stored until the end of such proceedings, including the possible period for filing legal remedies. ZAMOST d.o.o. will keep certain personal data for the period prescribed by law or another regulation that obliges the controller to keep data.
Recipients of personal data
We may give your personal information to our reliable business partners who maintain our IT system or provide services on behalf of ZAMOST d.o.o.. For example, for the purposes of marketing, finance, advertising, payment processing, delivery and other services in and outside the sales centres. It is the duty of these service providers, in accordance with their contractual rights and obligations, to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our guidelines and exclusively for the purpose that we have strictly determined with the obligation to adequately protect them and consider them a business secret.
In some cases, business partners who provide services on behalf of or for ZAMOST d.o.o. may process your data outside the European Union. However, the contracts we conclude with such entities obligate them to handle your data by applying special security measures in accordance with the regulations applicable in the European Union.
