The general terms and conditions of the Internet store www.pingpong.hr are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Civil Obligations Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.

As users, please read these General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.pingpong.hr carefully.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you declare that you are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, that you have understood them, that you agree and that you accept the rules and conditions stated therein. If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, please contact us and do not use this site during that time.

All ads, photos and information about the products that are the subject of purchase and sale are the property of the Seller, who is solely responsible for the content of the ads, which includes responsibility for the truth and accuracy of the information and for the obligations arising from the content of the ads.

The user agrees to use the web store exclusively in accordance with positive regulations for viewing published content, purchasing available products by placing legally valid orders and communicating with the seller.

The customer can only be a natural person of full legal capacity and a legal entity.

Contracts can be concluded in the name and on behalf of minors and legally incompetent persons by their legal representatives or guardians.

The seller reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the day of publication on the website. Continued access to the website or use of any part of its content will be considered as consent to the modified or amended General Terms and Conditions.

The ZAMOST d.o.o. company is not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunication services required to access the service.

For acting contrary to these provisions ZAMOST d.o.o. bears no responsibility.

Terms of purchase

These terms of purchase define the procedure of:

ordering,
payments,
delivery,
returns and complaints

The seller is the ZAMOST d.o.o. company through the Internet store www.pingpong.hr.

A buyer of goods is a visitor to the online store www.pingpong.hr who chooses at least one product, puts it in the shopping cart, fills out the electronic order form and sends the order to the Seller.

The buyer of the goods can be a visitor to the online store as a guest user or a registered user.

Purchasing as a guest user allows the customer to purchase all available products, and the entered data is only used for the current purchase, but will not be stored in the online store’s customer base.

Purchasing as a registered user provides the customer with additional options such as:

Faster order and payment process
Overview of past orders
Modification of user account data
Saving additional addresses for delivery

The highlighted product prices do not include the cost of transportation, delivery or postal services, which are charged additionally.

Ordering

Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can order goods by sending an e-mail, or by registering, choosing a product, a payment method and the delivery of the goods.

After the order has been concluded and sent, the customer will receive an automatically generated e-mail message from the web store system www.pingpong.hr that the order has been received.

The customer will receive the order confirmation notification by e-mail after checking the availability of the product.

If the Seller is unable to deliver all the ordered products, he will notify the Buyer via e-mail in a timely manner and inform him about other options.

If the Customer does not agree with the offered changes or delays, he can cancel the order in its entirety.

The customer can cancel the order until the moment it is sent, after which the customer is obliged to collect the shipment.

Payment

The retail price of the product is displayed next to each product.

The price of the shipping service will be displayed after you complete the ordering process.

In the web store www.pingpong.hr it is possible to choose the following payment methods:

by offered cards (Visa and MasterCard) on the website www.pingpong.hr,
by transaction (from account to account – according to the submitted offer)
cash when sending goods by mail (cash on delivery).

When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until it is confirmed that the ordered items are actually available. Until that moment, the funds on the card will only be reserved. The funds will be charged only when the availability of the ordered items is confirmed. Otherwise, the funds will be cancelled. We are available for any additional questions.

Delivery

Delivery is made by Croatian Post and is available throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

The delivery price is HRK 35.00 for the territory of the Republic of Croatia, except in the case when the value of the goods exceeds HRK 500.00. In this case, delivery is free.

The price of delivery of tables on the territory of Croatia is HRK 250 (except islands).

As part of its promotional offers, the Seller can offer free delivery for orders during special or promotional sale of certain products.

The recipient is obliged to communicate the correct mobile phone number in order to be informed about the delivery in a timely manner. If you have received a notification from the delivery service about the arrival of the shipment, you can contact it and arrange a subsequent delivery or delivery to another address.

The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When collecting the product, the customer is obliged to check it for possible damage and immediately report it to the delivery person, or refuse to pick up a shipment with visible external damage.

Verification of the correctness of the order depends on the customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery, and if the Buyer does not receive any notice or delivery from the Seller or the delivery service after 30 days from placing the order, he must notify the Seller so that they can take action to find the shipment or send a replacement. If the Buyer does not pick up the shipment from the delivery service within 5 working days, the shipment is returned to the Seller.
With the delivered product, you will receive a retail invoice and a delivery note.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail message with the shipment number and tracking instructions.

Delivery is not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Complaints and returns

If you find, during the first use, that the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us and send us via e-mail information about the order number, user name and description of the complaint.

The product you are not satisfied with can be exchanged for a new one or returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product at your address.

We will send you a confirmation of the complaint.

The consumer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods in case he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act.

We resolve material defects in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.

Duration and termination of the contract

The contract that the End User concludes with ZAMOST d.o.o. is a one-time contract on the purchase and sale of a product that was consumed by the delivery of goods by ZAMOST d.o.o. and payment made by the End User, if it had not been terminated. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between ZAMOST d.o.o. and the customer.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will proceed according to the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. the Civil Obligations Act. We will reimburse you after the goods have been returned to us. You must return the goods to us without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the unilateral termination of the contract.

Purchase agreement

The subject of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product via the web store www.pingpong.hr with payment of the product price and delivery costs.

The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) via the Internet.

These General Terms and Conditions as well as individual terms of sale indicated with information on specific products represent the offer of the web store www.pingpong.hr for the conclusion of the Agreement.

The user as a customer, by registering, concluding an order or in another way determined by these Terms and Conditions, accepts them, which is considered to be the conclusion of the Agreement between the user and the web store www.pingpong.hr, according to the terms of sale specified in these Terms.

The contract does not come into force just by placing the order and receiving an automated message from the web store system www.pingpong.hr that the order has been received, because at the moment the order is placed, the product’s availability or price may change.

The contract enters into force and becomes binding at the moment when the web store www.pingpong.hr confirms the availability and price of the product and sends an official binding offer for payment.

Copyright protection

The ZAMOST d.o.o. company is the owner of the copyright, conceptual and detailed design as well as all software applications on these pages. All photos, as well as all text materials, are the property of the web store www.pingpong.hr, and without knowledge and written consent it is not allowed to copy and/or use the information highlighted on these pages for commercial purposes.

All rights reserved. By using this website, you expressly undertake that you will not use data and information, especially photos and texts, as well as any other materials owned by the web store www.pingpong.hr for actions or purposes prohibited by law or prohibited by these terms.

User registration

In the process of registering or creating a user account, the user is obliged to choose a name or names under which he will use the services and choose a security password and submit a valid e-mail address.

All data required to register or create a user account must be true, and the use of third-party data or untrue data is expressly prohibited.

The registration or user account is created only for one person and it is not allowed to communicate information about the registration or user account to third parties. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account. The use of someone else’s registration or user account is not allowed.

For violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions from this chapter, the web store www.pingpong.hr reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the user’s registration or user account, without the obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage.

Statement on protection and collection of personal data

The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfilment of the Seller’s obligations.

The Seller informs the Users about the way of using the collected data, regularly gives the customers the possibility to decide about the use of their data, including the possibility of choosing whether or not they want their name to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All information about Users is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this information to perform their work. All employees of the Seller and business partners of the Seller are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The seller guarantees that the user’s personal data will never be made available for inspection and use by a third party, without the prior express consent of the user.
Inspection by authorized services of the executive power of the Republic of Croatia, for the purposes of investigative actions based on a valid court order, is excluded from this.

Use of “cookies”

When you access the website www.pingpong.hr – general, non-personal data (number of visits, average time spent on the site, sites visited) are automatically recorded (not as part of the application).

We cannot link this data to your personal data and it is completely non-personal. We use this information to measure the attractiveness of our website and to improve the content and usefulness of the website itself. We do not use your data for other purposes and do not pass it on to third parties.

Cookies are invisible documents that are currently saved on your hard drive and enable the seller to recognize your computer the next time you visit the website. The Seller uses cookies only to collect information that is used to search the website and to optimize its online advertising activities. Users who decide not to accept basic cookies will not be able to use the www.pingpong.hr site because without using cookies it is not possible to register a user account or add products to the cart.
